Delivery Details
HealthRock® delivers to domestic addresses in the United States only. An order of 1-4 CDs will be shipped via the US Post Office Standard Mail and will about 3-10 days to arrive. Orders with five or more CDs will be shipped via UPS Ground and will takes approximately 2-10 days to arrive depending on your location. For orders of more than 10 CDs or for faster delivery, please email us at administrator@healthrock.com.
Returns and Refund Policies
Refunds for returns are available only for items purchased directly from the HealthRock site. Full refunds are available only for unopened merchandise (not taken out of their original plastic wrapping) that is returned within 30 days of delivery, and returned in the condition it was received. No refunds will be available after that. Shipping charges are not refundable, either for delivery or for returns. Please accompany each refund request with a reason for seeking the refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of HealthRock receiving your package. We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed your returned item.
For downloadable products, all sales are final and are not refundable. Downloadable files will be available for download for 7 days after the date of purchase.
